  This time I will introduce a restaurant in Niigata Minami Aeon where you can eat delicious beef tongue. It's a store called “Yorozu”. Surprisingly, if you order a set meal or a set menu, you get a free refill of rice. This is a very good story for young people who have a lot to eat. The restaurant focuses not only on beef tongue but also on Korean foods. The menu also includes bulgogi and cheese daakarubi. I've had cheese daakarubi before, and it has just the right amount of spiciness and the tenderness of the meat makes me very happy ! This time I ordered the beef steak ohitsu rice set. The sweetness of the sauce and the taste of the beef matched perfectly and it was delicious! I also ate a lot of rice. Please try it once.

  Introduction Fried rice has become popular dish in Japan as well. It was created during the Sui dynasty in China. It was introduced to Japan by envoy during Tang dynasty in China. At first, fried rice was a simple dish consisting of stir-fried eggs and rice. After that, there were the addition of seasonings and cooking methods evolved. The result is the fried rice we know today.  When I was high school student, I was impressed by eating the fried rice that my friend made. The fried rice was simple, but it is very delicious. I wish I could make that fried rice at home too. I also wanted to make original fried rice. I tried making fried rice using various seasonings such as waipa, gochijang, and been sauce.   This time I would like to  introduce what is inside Aeon Mall Shibata. This week, I went to Shibata Aeon after going to a ramen shop called "Noroshi" near Shibata Aeon with a local friend. After checking out the clothing store and Muji, we went to an Game Center. Among them, there was one crane game that stood out. It was called "Mega Crane." It was about 10 times the size of a normal crane game. It costs 500 yen per use, but the arm is very strong and you can usually get the product in one use.  Mega Crane I made a mistake the first time and couldn't get it. However, the second time I tried it, I was able to get two stuffed toys at the same time! I was very happy. My friend also failed the first time, but got it the second time.   I went to the indoor athletic park in Aeon Mall Shibata. It was a place that had recently opened.  There are 8 types of activities including trampolines, go-karts, and rock climbing and so on. First, the price was 2,000 yen for 90 minutes, so my friend and I thought it was a bit expensive. But, We enjoyed it more than the price! I especially enjoyed the trampoline. We played basketball while on the trampoline and played while spinning. I was very tired because I had to move my body more than I expected. However, it was fun and I would like to go again. Please come and try it once.

  This time I will introduce some places in Niigata that are beautifully lit up. This photo was taken on the way station after going to a vintage clothing store in Furumachi. This is the view from Bandai Bridge. It was very beautiful and my friends and I were fascinated by the scenery.

 Currently, Shibata city in Niigata is covered in snow. It has suddenly gotten colder and snowed in this week. It's really hard to get out of bed. I'm addicted to drinking corn soup in moring. I becoming fine. Snowy scenely always looks magic. I becoming taking a photo that snowing. I also took photo of snow this week. This photo was taken on Wedesday when it started to snow lightly. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the view from this breezeway was spectacular. I may continue to take many photos here. Then, I want to take photos in various places. I like playing ski. I'm going to play ski in snow mountain. I'm looking forward to see scene from snow mountain.
