Takumi Omori's Niigata life

 Currently, Shibata city in Niigata is covered in snow. It has suddenly gotten colder and snowed in this week. It's really hard to get out of bed. I'm addicted to drinking corn soup in moring. I becoming fine. Snowy scenely always looks magic. I becoming taking a photo that snowing. I also took photo of snow this week. This photo was taken on Wedesday when it started to snow lightly. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the view from this breezeway was spectacular. I may continue to take many photos here. Then, I want to take photos in various places. I like playing ski. I'm going to play ski in snow mountain. I'm looking forward to see scene from snow mountain.

Last week, I went to a very delicious ramen shop in Tsubame. This is a shop called “Coushuhanten”. The ramen shop there only has one type of Chinese noodles. I don't think it's the Chinese soba that everyone thinks. The Chinese soba there is generally called back fat ramen.  There's plenty of pure white back fat on top of the ramen. The ramen there has a taste that you will never forget once you eat it. I thought the ramen would be very heavy, but it wasn't at all. It is a very high quality oil and has an addictive taste. The soup was so delicious that I wanted to drink it too!   I also ordered gyoza. I was surprised by the extra large size of the gyoza. However, it contained a lot of vegetables and was very easy to eat.

  Today I will talk about my friend's bento.  My friend who lives alone created the ultimate meal to save money. It's a simple bento box that just sprinkles furikake on white rice. Although it is simple, it has a lot of flavor and looks like very delicious. I was surprised to see the friend's bento at first. I thought it was man's bento made by man.  Lunch with just white rice and furikake is very cost-effective. It would make my nutrition unbalanced, but I thought I could tolerate it if I only had it once a week.

  At this time of year, everything warm tastes delicious. Today I would like to talk about my favorite ramen shop in Niigata Prefecture. It is “Futen” in Kameda store. Mazesoba is famous in Futen. When you come here for the first time, I want you to try the spicy meat mazesoba. It's a little spicy, but the eggs make it mellow and it's very delicious! The noodles and ingredients go perfectly together! It's a taste that you will never get tired of no matter how many times you come. I like it so much that I want to eat it once a week.  Futen can be found all over Niigata, and each store has a different taste and slightly different menus.    Please go to some Futen.

My artifact is a tenugui. It is made of cotton cloth. It is square in shape. It size is 24 centimeter long and 94 centimeter wide. It is essential when you playing kendo. We wrap it around head. It is bigger than the computer. It is often wrriten the famous words. For example, hard work , single mind, spirit and energy. My tenugui is red and black color.       This artifact was purchased at the 2019 of the National Dojo Junior Kendo Tournament. All five   club member purchased the same things include me. We have used other some tenuguis in practice and practice game.   We have used abusolutly red and black tenugui in the match. It looks strong and unity feeling. The team competition of kendo is fight 5 people. I am the second person to fight, a position called "Zyuhou".   When I'm in the third year high school, thre was a last Distric Tournament in a gym called the Culture Center.
