About Takumi Omori


Hi! I"m Takumi Omori. I'm from Nagaoka City in Niigata. Currently, I living Shibata City. From now, I will introduce myself.


I like playing sport. I belong to baseball club and badminton circle since Niigata Prefecture University Student. I like playing baseball the best. It is very fun for me to play baseball. The reason is that the baseball is refreshing feeling when I hit a hit or a home run.

I like bread so much that I eat it for breakfast almost every day. Especialy, I like melon bread. It is sweet, has some texturues, and is very delicious. Lately, I'm addicted to maple french. I work part-time at a bakery. I find it rewarding to see customers smile and enjoy looking some bread.

I'm surprised by discoveries and new things I didn't know about yet. When I work part-time, I'm fully feel the harshness of society. Though this, I was able to understand the importance of customer service attitude. The class turned into a lecture, and I felt strange at first. However, I gradually got used to the 90 minute lectures, and I think my ability has improved concentration.

A nostalgia taste

 I ate a lot of delicious food this weekend. First, I went to eat in Dotonbori with friend. I had eaten Tsukishima's okonomiyaki and monja when I went to school trip in junior high school. I learned the trick to fripping okonomiyaki there. Moreover, I knew that the burnt of monja is delicious and good for health. We went to Dotonbori in Higashi Ward of Niigata and chose the all-you-can-eat course. We ate about three okonomiyakis and two monja. I like mentaiko monja and eat it all the time there. There is okonomiyaki that I became like when I went there this time. It is Mochi Cheese Okonomiyaki. It is refreshing in taste, interesting in texture and very delicious. Second, We ate sweet in Family mart. I ate canele. Family mart' canele is cheaper than other convenience stores. But, the taste is very delicious. It has just the right amount of sweetness and is easy to eat.

Back fat ramen

Last week, I went to a very delicious ramen shop in Tsubame. This is a shop called “Coushuhanten”. The ramen shop there only has one type of Chinese noodles. I don't think it's the Chinese soba that everyone thinks. The Chinese soba there is generally called back fat ramen.  There's plenty of pure white back fat on top of the ramen. The ramen there has a taste that you will never forget once you eat it. I thought the ramen would be very heavy, but it wasn't at all. It is a very high quality oil and has an addictive taste. The soup was so delicious that I wanted to drink it too!   I also ordered gyoza. I was surprised by the extra large size of the gyoza. However, it contained a lot of vegetables and was very easy to eat.
